Take a photo of the broken lock and the place.

Call the police: 101
Give them the details of your e‑bike, with the serial number.

Share details
Send the police any photos or details they ask for.

Write down the crime number
The police give you a crime (complaint) number. Keep it.

Call PLUTO
Call or WhatsApp us with the crime number and your details.
