Reserve online. We message you on WhatsApp, check your documents and agree your plan. Then we deliver the e‑bike to your door, or you collect it. You pay every week (delivery plans) or every month (commuter plans).

Delivery: Starter £35/week (2-month minimum, then £29/week) or Flexi £49/week (cancel any time after 1 month). Commuters: Eco £75/month or Basic £85/month. There is a one-time £24.90 joining fee. Prices include VAT.

A photo ID (passport, driving licence, BRP or similar) and proof of address (utility bill or rental agreement; delivery riders can also use 3 months of bank statements). We only use them to check who you are.

Some e‑bikes and plans have a small deposit that you get back. We tell you the exact amount before you pay.

We usually send it within 48–72 hours after payment, if it is in stock. We deliver to your door anywhere in the UK, or you can collect it for free (book a time with us).

Don’t panic. Call the police on 101 and get a crime number. Then call us. With theft cover we can replace your e‑bike within 48 hours (terms apply). Theft cover is £4.90/week, theft + damage cover is £8.90/week.

Servicing is free. Send us a WhatsApp message with a photo and we fix it. If a repair takes time, we try to give you another e‑bike.

Yes. The minimum time depends on the plan: Flexi 1 month, Starter 2 months, Basic 3 months, Eco 5 months. After that, give us 15 days’ notice and we collect the e‑bike.

We try to give you a near-new e‑bike. Every returned e‑bike is checked, serviced and fixed before the next rider.

50–70 miles. It depends on the road, the assist level and your weight. A full charge takes 3–6 hours. Need more? Add an extra battery for £8.90/week.

Yes. Our e‑bikes are 100% road legal: a 250W motor that helps you pedal up to 15.5 mph.
